New Membership OpportunitIESConcord Country Club offers Single and Family memberships to accommodate the needs of a growing family that want to have a golf community as part of their family life. We welcome Junior members and encourage golf as a lifelong experience. Many member families have multiple generations that have grown up at CCC. We encourage you to look at the information provided on our website to see how Concord Country Club would be an excellent choice for you.

Beginning in January 2020, we started offering membership opportunities to individuals 40 years old and younger, (i.e. Intermediate Member), under a new discounted dues structure with short- and long-term payment options. While we currently have a waitlist for our golf and pool memberships, we encourage you to inquire further and get on the wait lists. We also have a limited number of social memberships available.

Family Golf Membership

The Family membership provides Full Golf and Social privileges for the individual and their immediate family. (Spouse, or Spouse and children)
Privileges include ability to play in leagues, tournaments and anytime weekday or weekend play (some restrictions for Jr/minor players). There is a designated single member who is the stockholder and has voting privileges.

  • A Family Pool option is included to provide Spouse and immediate family members Pool privileges.

Selective Options in addition to the Family Golf dues, for an additional cost a member can include:

  • Locker, half or full keyed locker for personal storage in the Clubhouse
  • Cart Membership for access to a riding cart per round
  • Power Caddy storage for sheltered storage of walking motorized carts with electrical outlet
  • Bag Room storage space for clubs and push carts

Special Financing Options

  • Sponsorship of membership by an enrolled Business Enitity; limits and restrictions apply
  • A payment plan is available to allow for the Initiation Fee and Bonds payments to be spread out over 3 years.
Intermediate Golf Membership
The Intermediate Golf Membership is available to those age 40 and under and includes Full Single Golf, Family Pool and Social privileges. Privileges include ability to play in all leagues, tournaments and anytime weekday or weekend play. The single member is the stockholder and has voting privileges and has full practice facility access.

Our preferred pricing includes:
  • An individual who is forty (40) or under on or before March 1 of the year that they become a member may spread payment of the remaining bond and initiation fees over a ten five-year period without incurring any interest charges.
  • Intermediate Members will pay all required stock, bonds and an initiation fee of $1,500.
  • Furthermore, such member, during the first three years of membership, will be able to spread the annual charges for dues, course and facility improvement fees and bond and initiation fee, if applicable over a ten-month period with no interest charges as follows:
    • To be paid by March 1:  40% of the Annual Dues, Course & Facility Improvement Fees plus 1/5 of the Annual Bond and Initiation Fee cost, if applicable.
    • To be paid before the 1st of April through December: 1/9 of the “Annual Deferred Balance” of the above.
  • In the case of Family Membership, both spouses must meet the age requirement on or before March 1 of the year that they become a member.
  • The total number of Intermediate Memberships shall not exceed 60 at any time.

Junior Golf
The Junior Golf membership provides Golf only privileges for individuals up to 24 yr old with or without parent membership. Weekday and select weekend/holiday play, Jr. Club Championship tournament and full practice facility access included.
  • Full time students from age 19-24
  • Children ages 14-18 living at home
  • No initiation fee or minimums
  • No parent or family membership required
  • Special financial incentives for transition to Full Membership
Pool Memberships
Single or Family Pool memberships provide the social interaction of Concord Country Club with neighbors or friends who my be members while just enjoying the summer activities. Limited number of seasonal Pool memberships grant access to the pool and clubhouse faciilties, including restaurant, bar and locker rooms. Please note each Pool membership is expected to meet a "minimum" in the restaurant of $75 per month in food purchases from June to August.

Single Golf Membership

The Single Golf membership provides Full Golf, Pool and Social privileges for the individual. Privileges include ability to play in leagues, tournaments and anytime weekday or weekend play. The single member is the stockholder and has voting privileges.

  • A Family Pool option is available to provide Spouse and immediate family members who do not play golf Pool and Social privileges.

  • Individuals on the waitlist for membership may be entitled to 2 Golf Rounds guest passes and 2 Pool Day passes
