The sixth hole if one of the most beautiful holes on the course whether viewed from the tee or back from the green. The drive over the pond into the fairway is challenging. You can play this hole safe by hitting over the left corner of the pond into a the left landing area but need to avoid the fairway bunker. The approach shot is uphill to a green protected by two front bunkers, left and right with a narrow opening to roll through. A high shot will hold nicely and leave you the best opportunity for a good score.  This is your last chance for birdie for a while.  Stop at the snack shack on your way to the seventh tee to refresh yourself ahead of the next eight challenging holes on the course.
